2 Divas at Disney's Animal Kingdom; (still magical even when not working)

At Animal Kingdom there are two divas. These are animatronic figures whose operation can be temperamental. But, even when they aren't working as they should, they still are giving 'the magic'.

The first is the Yeti in Expedition Everest. He is now called "Disco Yeti", as strobe lights are used to simulate him reaching down and grabbing guests. (When the ride is refurbished, we hope he will be restored to his original movements.*)

The other one is newer and more advanced. It is at the end of the Nav'i River Journey attraction. When the Shaman of Song has a breakdown, he/she is exchanged for a projection. The animatronic figure simply is moved off stage.

Guests rarely know/notice these subtle differences. Can you spot them?

*Rumor has it that the movement of the yeti's arm was actually forced to stop moving as it was causing cracks in the mountain's infrastructure. Now that's as scary as the Yeti itself!
